Program name

RentButler rent notices. RentButler is a product of [SCALEONE LEGAL NAME], [MAILING ADDRESS].

What you'll receive

Transactional text messages about your own rent, sent by RentButler on behalf of your landlord:

• a reminder before rent is due,
• a reminder on the due date if rent is still unpaid, and
• a past-due notice with the balance and any late fee set by your lease.

We do not send marketing messages through this program.

How to opt in

Tenants opt in in the RentButler tenant portal under Settings → Text notifications by entering a mobile number and checking a box next to this wording: "Text me rent reminders and late notices from RentButler on behalf of [landlord]. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Opting in is optional and is not required to rent a home or to use RentButler. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month per lease.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also turn texts off in the tenant portal under Settings. To receive texts again after opting out, opt in again in the tenant portal.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
